Natural Looking Pigmentation
3/D Areola Medical tattooing give you a natural looking areola after the reconstruction surgery.

Areola restoration cosmetic tattooing, also known as areola-nipple micro-pigmentation or areola paramedical tattooing, is a specialized procedure. The technique used in realistic areola tattooing is similar to fine art painting, where a digital permanent makeup tattooing machine is used to carefully create the desired areola on the breast. The goal is to achieve a natural and realistic result that closely matches the existing areola or meets the client’s aesthetic preferences. If you require only one areola tattooing, we can match it with your existing areola to ensure an identical finish. This attention to detail helps create a harmonious and balanced appearance.

The areola cosmetic tattooing procedure is generally considered safe when performed by a trained and experienced professional. If you have undergone radiation treatment, it’s crucial to allow sufficient time for the tissue to recover before considering areola restoration tattooing. The recovery period may vary depending on the extent of skin damage caused by radiation, and it is typically recommended to wait for at least six months or as advised by your healthcare provider. It’s essential to have a consultation we  can assess your specific needs, discuss the procedure, provide personalized recommendations, and address any concerns you may have.

Aerola & Areola Aftercare

The recovery time following areola tattooing is generally quick, with any swelling in the treated area typically subsiding within a few days. The area should return to normal relatively soon after the procedure.

Only on the first day !  After the tattooing, it is important to remove the bandage and gently wash the tattooed area with antimicrobial soap and water. After washing, pat the area dry. It is then recommended to apply a thin layer of antibacterial ointment 2-3 times a day, ensuring minimal application. Not to re-bandage the tattooed area.

During the healing process, it is normal for the tattooed area to develop scabs. It is crucial not to pick at these scabs, as it could lead to infection or removal of color from the tattoo. Let the scabs naturally slough off as part of the healing process.

For the first 7 days after the procedure, it is best to avoid hot tubs or baths to prevent excessive moisture or exposure to potentially contaminated water. Additionally, it is advisable to limit direct sunlight exposure for up to 6 weeks to protect the tattooed area and prevent fading or discoloration.

Following the aftercare instructions provided by us is essential for proper healing and long-lasting results. Remember to give yourself time to heal and follow the recommended aftercare routine to ensure the best possible outcome for your areola tattooing.

Preparing for your procedure

Before your areola tattooing procedure, it is advised to follow certain guidelines to ensure the best possible outcome. These include avoiding Vitamin E supplements, caffeine, alcohol, and highly salted foods 24 hours prior to the procedure. These substances can dilute the blood and potentially increase bleeding during the tattooing process. It is also recommended to avoid Advil, Aspirin, and Ibuprofen, as they can have blood-thinning effects.

During the consultation for areola restoration, the color and size of the tattoo will be determined. This is typically done by drawing the desired “design” onto the breast. Once the color, size, and design are approved by you, the realistic areola tattooing procedure can proceed.

It’s important to note that, like any regular tattoo, the initial color of the areola tattoo may fade by around 30-40% after the first week. This is a normal part of the healing process. After this initial fading, the tattoo is considered permanent.

The areola tattooing procedure itself usually takes approximately 90-120 minutes for the first session. This can vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the design and individual client needs.  Touch-up session after 4-8 weeks to perfect the results and ensure long-lasting and satisfactory outcomes.
